Rodel joined Empire Hospitality in 2005 as Human Resources Manager and Operations Manager. Rodel strongly believes in fostering a positive, happy and healthy environment that motivates staff members in achieving the Company’s goals and believes in leading by example and encourages an open-door policy.
With a degree in HR, Rodel has developed a strong cultural and supportive strategy to the way we foster and maintain an inclusive, safe and happy team, where everyone has a voice.
