Empire Hospitality recognizes the health & safety of all its employees. From the initial interview, staff are made aware of our policy towards occupational health and safety (OH&S). Staff read and sign documents to confirm their awareness and understanding of the relevant OH&S policies and procedures.
During practical training staff are also made aware of OH&S issues relevant to their specific hotel.
A safe work environment is our continual aim and we are continually working closely with our clients to upgrade safety issues.
